Coaching With Alex Jeffreys

I have just started a coaching programme with Alex Jeffreys and it is absolutely amazing.  If anyone has a chance to take a coaching course with Alex then grab it with both hands!

With my usual brilliant sense of timing I attended the first internet coaching session and then promptly went on holiday for 10 days – great timing Barbara!!!!  Since getting back I have been glued to the computer catching up on the two coaching sessions I missed.  I can see some midnight oil burning for some weeks to come.!!
